Merge/Purge - Duplicate Elimination
This is the combining of two or more lists to derive a compilation of data. Once these lists are merged, duplicated names, addresses, or other redundant information can be purged, or deleted, from your list.
File Suppression
First Rate will apply genderization, address and zip+4 standardization, salutation correction, Deceased file checking, Do Not Mail file checking, and other suppression cleaning to reduce your overall mailing volume; in doing so it will sharpen your focus on the target audience and reduce waste and extra expense.
List Maintenance

NCOA - National Change of Address
First Rate's National Change of Address Processing updates and corrects your data file in order to reduce the need for mail forwarding or return. Since November 23, 2008 the USPS requires all classes of mail to be processed for NCOA.
